There's Been a Breach: Three Things to Keep in Mind

Broken norms and cultural breaches have the potential to be double whammies. The first hit comes with the initial offense. The second happens when you fail to address it or do so unproductively.

A few breaches I’ve navigated include:

-Not following through with agreements

-Gossiping about colleagues

-Intentionally derailing the PD session

The list goes on. When these things happen, you need to be prepared to address the situation skillfully.
